Order cancellation policy
- Rider can cancel an order only before pickup.
- After pickup, cancellation is not allowed.
Valid reasons for cancellation
- Wrong address
- Customer not reachable
- Package issue
Invalid cancellation
- Personal reasons
- Delay by rider
- Ignoring order
Repeated invalid cancellations may lead to penalties or account suspension.
Penalty policy
To maintain service quality, the following penalties apply:
- Order cancellation after accepting: ₹20 penalty
- Late delivery (without reason): ₹10 penalty
- Customer complaint: Warning / ₹20 penalty
- Fake delivery / fraud: Permanent ban
Note: Multiple violations can lead to account suspension.
Earnings & payments
Base earning per delivery: ₹30 – ₹50
Extra earning per km: ₹5 – ₹10
Bonus system
- 10 deliveries/day → ₹100 bonus
- 20 deliveries/day → ₹300 bonus
Payment cycle
- Weekly payout (every Monday)
- Direct bank transfer
Note: Penalties (if any) will be deducted from total earnings.
