1. Introduction
By registering as a delivery rider on the JhatPat Courier Delivery platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Rider Role
- The rider is an independent delivery partner, not an employee of the company.
- The rider is responsible for completing deliveries assigned through the app.
3. Documents Required
Rider must provide:
- Valid Driving License
- Vehicle RC
- Aadhaar Card / ID Proof
- Bank Account Details
4. Delivery Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parcels safely
- Follow assigned route and instructions
- Maintain professional behavior with customers
- Ensure timely delivery
5. Payment Terms
- Payment will be based on number of deliveries completed
- Earnings will be credited weekly / as per company policy
- Any penalties (if applicable) may be deducted
6. Prohibited Activities
Rider must NOT:
- Misuse customer data
- Cancel orders without valid reason
- Delay deliveries intentionally
- Carry illegal or restricted items
7. Penalties & Suspension
- Repeated complaints may lead to account suspension
- Fraud or misconduct may lead to permanent ban
- Company reserves the right to deactivate rider account anytime
8. Vehicle & Safety
- Rider must maintain their vehicle in good condition
- Helmet and safety rules must be followed
- Company is not responsible for accidents or damages
9. Liability
- Rider is responsible for loss or damage of parcels due to negligence
- Company is not liable for rider’s personal losses
10. Working Flexibility
- Rider can choose working hours
- No fixed working time is required
11. Agreement Acceptance

- You agree to follow all rules
- You accept responsibility as a delivery partner
