1. Order Cancellation
- Orders cancelled before rider assignment or pickup are generally free of cancellation charges
- Once a rider is assigned or pickup is completed, cancellation charges may apply
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be initiated in the following scenarios:
- Failed payment transaction
- Duplicate debit
- Service not provided despite confirmed payment
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Order completed successfully
- Service failure caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Delays arising from force majeure or unavoidable conditions such as weather or traffic disruption
4. Refund Timeline and Method
- Approved refunds are typically initiated within 5 to 7 working days
- Refunds are credited to the original source of payment
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where service was partially rendered, Jhatpat Courier Delivery may provide a partial refund based on the order stage, rider movement, and incurred service costs.
